DESCRIPTION:Connecting our future community’s workforce with today’s businesses\n  \nNovember 30th\, 2023 \n9:00 AM – 3:00 PM \nModesto Junior College Agricultural Pavilion\n2201 Blue Gum Ave\, Modesto\, CA 95358\n  \nThe focus of the Inspire Youth Inspire Dreams Career Expo is to encourage students to explore their natural interests\, exposing them to various industries and career fields\, paving the way for college and career technical training. \nWe invite our local businesses spanning diverse sectors of industry to present their business and career paths to an audience over 5\,000 students hailing from various districts throughout Stanislaus County. Students will visit your unique business booth\, giving them the opportunity to introduced to career paths within the various sectors of business and industry available within our community. \nCounty partners will be showcasing an array of diverse and exceptional Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways. This exhibition will spotlight the wide variety of rigorous and relevant CTE programs offered in high school. These programs integrate academic knowledge with practical technical skills\, enabling students to apply their learning in real-life\, hands-on contexts. This prepares them with valuable skills for today’s increasingly complex workforce. \nStudents will apply this experience to their high school balloting process. This is your chance to inspire their educational journey choices as they prepare for the transition to high school.
